PAYS TRIBUTE TO
DR. JACK JORDAN
NCA held its first annual conference of the new millennium
in New Orleans, and paid tribute to Dr. Jack Jordan, former
Chairman of the Board, who was killed in an auto accident December 9, 1999
near Southern University New Orleans, where he chaired the art department
for several decades. Jack, who was our historian will be greatly missed.
His painting and sculpture was the featured exhibition during the
conference, hosted by Charlie T. Johnson and the New Orleans chapter of
NCA. |
